Grand Hotel Palace - Rome

One of the best, greatest, nicest hotels! Close to the heart of the city, but in the green belt, surrounded by ministries and embassies. Warm welcome, extremely professional staff. The building is elegant, the room and the furniture is modern. Bathroom is very much impressive (minimal style), room is spacious and clean. Comfortable, big bed. Internet is free and fast. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Walls are a bit thin. Closet is very very small even for one guest. A simple buffet breasfast costs 35 euros per person (not 20 as signed). If you choose breakfast in room, you only have to pay 30 euros, but that's more various, than in the restaurant.

Excellent location, really comfortable and spacious room. Staff are eztremely friendly.

We liked the modern design of the suite, but like many modern hotel the was no storage space within the suite. Excellent balcony with great views and had a table and sofa on it. Hotel bed was very comfortable.

Lack of sufficient storage space I.E. drawers, shelves for clothes, small closet, and little surface space. Can modern be functional too? Although advised well in advance, Hotel would not cancel our first pre- paid night with them. We had a cruise schedule change beyond our control. The hotel had our money and refused to give a refund in spite of advance notice. (At least 3 days notice) Booked.net had published the wrong phone number for the Boscolo Palace Hotel so it was difficult to reach them from sea.

The Hotel was so clean, staff very helpful.

Great hotel with clean,bright, and modern rooms Excellent location on Via Veneto. Felt very safe walking at night and close to many tourist attractions.

Staff was a bit slow whenever something was requested from Laundry or guest services they also wanted to charge me 10 euros for bringing me boiled water to the room for my baby's milk! I had to go down myself to get the water to avoid the charge!

Very nice Hotel, friendy and helpful staff. Breakfast at Euro 35 was expensive.

Poor delivery of services. We had a problem with water pressure and they failed to responde to it. In addition we ask for additional pillows and did not receive any satisfaction. They need to up their service delivery .

We stayed at Boscolo Palace for 4 nights - April 19-23rd 2012. We found the hotel to be really good -modern, good facilties and we were delighted with our room on the 7th floor. We had a balcony with fabulous views over the rooftops of Rome. Our room was spacious, modern with a very large bathroom and a huge, comfy bed. Everything was pristine, modern and well cared for. The staff at the hotel were really helpful, pleasant and polite, especially on reception and in the bar. All in all I would recommend the hotel and definitely stay there again.

There was a bar in our room but no facilities to make a tea or coffee. Room service for 2 coffees to be brought to our room cost 20 euros - too pricy. Bring a travel kettle with you!

Great Location and public spaces are very rich in finishes and attention to detail.

The interiors of the rooms are really quite bad in terms of design and practicality. COLD marble floors, very uncomfortable "trendy" furniture, and a color scheme that is not comforting. It looks ok on the photo's on the website but does not hold up once you see it in person. Also the lighting in the rooms is very poor. One elevator for the entire hotel, so take the stairs.

завтрак не включен в стоимость номера, поэтому желающие могут позавтракать где-то в городе. советую все-таки завтрак в отеле. стоит 35 евро (а не 20 как написано на сайте), но он замечательный, в буфете всегда наисвежайшие продукты (сыры, колбасы, йогурты, ягоды и др.) в меню на выбор горячее блюдо (вкусно и порция большая)

отель после ремонта?! мы сами видели, т.к. в прошлом жили в соседнем отеле. оплачен был номер:Luxurious room overlooking Via Veneto, Via Ludovisi, or the American Embassy. Some rooms with balcony. первоначально нас заселили в номер без балкона (категорией ниже), но так как мы заселялись поздно вечером и очень уставшие разбираться не было сил. на следующий день обнаружили что еще протекает ванна, прям потоп, пришлось опять собирать все вещи и переезжать, номер был меньше, но зато с большим балконом.правдо дв.ручка в ванну не работала.

スタッフの方がとても親切で良かったです。観光名所も徒歩で直ぐに数カ所行けますし、タクシーを利用すれば€10以内でほとんど行けます。ローマ観光ではおすすめします。

Sehr zentrale Lage unweit vom Bahnhof.

Für ein Luxushotel waren weder Frühstück noch Internet inbegriffen. Internetpreis pro Stunde lösbar. Im Zimmer fehlen Kleiderhaken, Stühle und einen Tisch für Schreibarbeiten. Im Bad ist eine gute Dusche aber keine Wanne.
